Pfeiffer Beach Elopement
J and J eloped this week at Pfeiffer Beach Big Sur. Coming all the way from Kansas City to Carmel for the first time, I was so excited to show them the coast. They stayed at a guest cottage in a house in Carmel and followed me to the cliffs and Pfeiffer beach. Most of their wedding day was full of laughter. Pfeiffer State Beach Big Sur
Pfeiffer Beach is famous for its keyhole rock formation, it’s a must-see when you visit the Big Sur area. Pfeiffer Beach is a truly unmissable spot with its dramatic rock formations and purple sand. The further north you go, the more purple the sand gets due to a mineral being washed down the hillside of the beach. As well as its quirky color, it’s also one of California’s premier sunset spots.
