California Elopement in Big Sur

Gabrielle and Corey Eloped on the coast of Big Sur California on a day full of sun, wind, and laughter. From the 4 dress/ jumpsuit changes to the way, Gabrielle and Corey embraced every aspect of the landscape, laughing in the wind and dancing on the cliffs. We spent six hours hitting all my favorite locations and chasing golden hour. Gabrielle has a fear of heights and flying and overcame both with this trip because life is short and she wants to see it! Coming from Atlanta where Gabrielle is an actress and Corey is a physical therapist I felt so excited seeing the landscape through their lens of excitement. They originally wanted to elope but their family and friends convinced them to do a celebration at home and sign paperwork first then head to Big Sur for a day to remember. We started in the redwoods at Glen Oaks Big Sur, where they got ready by an outdoor claw foot tub. They brought their vows and their first dance song and we headed out to explore the coast ( what Gabrielle was most excited to see). Big Sur’s weather can be really all over the place and change 10 times within the course of a few hours. We had the sun in the forest, the patchy fog on the beach, and the most beautiful sunset. I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful couple inside and out or a more perfect elopement day. Thank you both so much for including me!
