Big Sur Elopement // Big Sur Wedding Photographer

Taylor and Marty are two badasses from Alabama who came to hang out with me for their elopement in Big Sur after their wedding in Bali was canceled because of Covid. Taylor’s style was goals, straight from the ’60-the ’70s. Almost all of her wedding attire was thrifted from her amazing free people gown, and amazing rings, to her suede tassel jacket.

Check out her dog in a locket on her bouquet! They made the most epic playlist on Spotify full of grateful dead, Otis Redding, and Fleetwood Mac that we played throughout their adventure. She was barefoot most of their day ( even on the rocks) and she and Marty were often throwing her Birkenstocks back and forth, a bride after my own heart. One of my favorite memories of their day was when Taylor threw her bouquet to Marty so she could climb down a rather steep hill. I don't think I’ve ever seen a wedding bouquet toss feel more beautiful. Congratulations you two!!! Thank you for your trust.
