Wind and Sea Wedding

Leslie and Javier’s wedding day took place on a beautiful but windy Thursday at the Wind and Sea Estate in Big Sur California. Their day consisted of combining an epic adventure and all the traditions they valued with family, from first dances with both their parents, cake cutting, and their first champagne toast. We headed to the forest and the cliffs post-ceremony as the forest was the most important to Leslie and Javier was most excited about the cliffs, we were able to combine both for a perfect evening soaking in the sunset. During their first date, Leslie and Javier found a little tech deck on the boardwalk and have kept it with them ever since, I love that they included it in their details of the day. I felt so honored that they both trusted me with every aspect of their Big Sur wedding day, from choosing Wind and Sea Estate to taking time away from the property to get that adventure aspect they so wanted and trusting me with location suggestions.
